ASC may take multiple ways to accept and collect your information.The methods may include: Email, SMS Message, Skype, Consumer registry, Consumer application, Contract, Order and CV.

The information collected will be applied to: creating a merchant account, remittances, purchasing products, products or services update, marketing or posting approved advertising, as well as internal analysis.

ASC will not share your personal information with any third party unless we have special terms defined in Article 3 or Article 4. (e.g., Sign in your account and choose options without your authorization)

Inside Business Operation

To achieve the income auditing from business operation inside, we may share your information with the independent external auditor which also needs to comply with our privacy policy.

(6) those that are contrary to the traditional virtues, social morals, ethics and socialist spiritual civilization of the country;

(7) sabotaging the state's religious policies and propagating heresies and feudal superstitions;

(8) spreading rumors or fake news, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;

(9) to organize, incite or abet terrorism, illegal assemblies, associations and demonstrations, and disturb public order;

(10) disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terrorism or abetting crimes;

(11) insulting or defaming others or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(12) infringement of the right to portrait, name, reputation, privacy or other personal rights;

(13) using abusive, defamatory, abusive, intimidating, cursing and other uncivilized languages;

(14) building illegal non-governmental organizations in the name of activities;

(15) infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others' copyright and the right to disseminate information online;

ASC builds the filtering and deleting mechanism for information as above.We reserve the rights to close merchant account and pursue legal responsibility of the parties.

10. Access, Modification and Accuracy of Information

We took some reasonable steps to ensure that the information we received from you is correct and always up-to-date. You have the right to access your company / team and personal information to verify its accuracy and correct inaccurate information.

You can use Merchant ID and password to sign in your account on airsecurecard.com and click settings and change your information at any time. You can also contact us via support@airsecurecard.com to access and correct errors in personal information.

11. Business Transfer

The information collected by airsecurecard.com will be regarded as an asset. If airsecurecard.com, any Affiliated Companies, department or part of the assets acquired by another company, such information may become one of the assets transferred. If this is the case, the acquirer can only use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (or any subsequent strategy valid for you to collect information). Please note that the information submitted or collected after the transfer may be subject to the new privacy policy adopted by the acquirer.
