 4. Services

 4.1 Service Description
Our Services include the processing of Transactions between Merchants and their customers using various Payment Methods. We may, at our discretion, introduce new features or modify existing features.

 4.2 Fees
Fees for the Services are as specified on our website or as agreed upon in a separate written agreement. Fees are subject to change with prior notice to you.

 5. Payments and Transactions

 5.1 Authorization
By using our Services to make a Transaction, you authorize us to process the payment using the Payment Method provided. You also authorize us to share your information with financial institutions and other entities necessary to process the Transaction.These financial institutions or entities include, but are not limited to, acquiring banks processing your transactions, third-party risk management companies, virtual accounts, and financial institutions or entities responsible for fund settlement, distribution, and currency exchange.

 5.2 Transaction Limits
We may impose limits on the amount and frequency of Transactions you can process through our Services. These limits are subject to change at our discretion.

 5.3 Disputes and Chargebacks
You are responsible for resolving any disputes or chargebacks with your customers. We reserve the right to charge you fees for handling chargebacks and may deduct such amounts from your account balance.

 6. User Obligations

 6.1 Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to anti-money laundering laws, data protection laws, and payment card industry standards.

 6.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent activities
- Money laundering
- Financing terrorism
- Selling prohibited goods or services

 7. Data Protection
