These Terms apply when you visit this website, contact AirSC about payment services, or use services made available after onboarding. A separate merchant or service agreement may contain additional commercial and operational terms. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms on payment processing, the signed agreement controls.
Definitions
"AirSC", "we", "our" and "us" refer to the AirSC payment business operating from Hong Kong. "Merchant", "you" and "your" refer to the business or person accessing the website or applying for services. "Services" means the payment, settlement, reporting, risk and related capabilities AirSC agrees to provide. "Website" means the public pages on airsecurecard.com.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and, when acting for a business, authorised to bind that business. Service eligibility is assessed individually and depends on the business model, ownership, markets, products and applicable partner requirements. Submitting an application does not create a right to receive services.
Service scope
AirSC may provide approved local payment methods, card acquiring, payouts, settlement, integration, reporting and risk support. Actual availability varies by merchant, market, currency and payment method. Public descriptions are general information and do not expand a signed service commitment.
Onboarding
You must provide accurate, current and complete company, ownership, website, operating and transaction information. AirSC may request supporting documents, conduct screening and verify information before or during the relationship. You must promptly report material changes. Approval may be declined or made subject to conditions.
Fees
Public pricing describes the current fee structure but final rates, currencies, taxes and billing arrangements are confirmed during onboarding or in a merchant agreement. You authorise AirSC to deduct agreed fees and other amounts due from settlements where permitted by the applicable agreement.
Reserves and settlement
Settlement cycles, currencies, minimum amounts, reserves and release periods depend on the approved setup. AirSC may delay or adjust settlement where needed to address refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, legal duties, negative balances or partner restrictions. Banking cut-offs, holidays and intermediary institutions may affect timing.
Merchant obligations
You must keep account credentials secure, use the Services only for the approved business, provide clear product and refund information, fulfil customer orders, maintain transaction records, respond to operational requests, and comply with laws, card-network rules and payment-method requirements that apply to you.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Website or Services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or unauthorised activity; to disguise the nature or location of transactions; to process for an undisclosed third party; to test stolen credentials; to evade controls; or to interfere with security, availability or other users. AirSC may apply additional restrictions to particular markets or business categories.
Chargebacks
You remain responsible for refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, related fees and any evidence needed to respond. AirSC may debit or withhold amounts associated with these items. Operational assistance does not guarantee that a dispute will be decided in your favour.
Suspension and termination
AirSC may restrict, suspend or terminate access where information is incomplete, amounts are overdue, risk materially changes, activity may be unlawful, security is threatened, a partner requires action, or continuing service would breach an obligation. You may stop using the Website at any time and may terminate paid Services as set out in your merchant agreement. Rights concerning accrued fees, reserves, disputes and confidentiality survive termination where relevant.
Intellectual property
AirSC and its licensors retain rights in the Website, brand, software, documentation and service materials. AirSC grants only the limited, non-transferable access necessary for your approved use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or remove ownership notices except where law expressly permits it.
Confidentiality
Each party must protect non-public business, technical and commercial information received from the other and use it only for the relationship. Disclosure is permitted to personnel and providers who need the information and are bound to protect it, or where law or a competent authority requires disclosure.
Disclaimers
The Website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, AirSC disclaims implied warranties concerning uninterrupted access, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Payment outcomes can depend on banks, networks, customers and other third parties outside AirSC's control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AirSC is not liable under these Website terms for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity. Any liability connected with paid Services is subject to the limits and exclusions in the applicable merchant agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
You will indemnify AirSC and its service providers against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, breach of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or products and services you sell, except to the extent caused by AirSC's own breach or misconduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction unless a signed merchant agreement provides a different dispute process or applicable law requires otherwise.
Notices and changes
You may send notices through the channels shown on the Contact page. AirSC may provide notices through the Website, merchant portal or contact details you supplied. We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The updated date identifies the current version, and continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
